Here are the steps which will explain how it works…

1. Buyer submits a design request with full fees (Prepaid) for the design
2. We hold the fees until the end of the project.
3. Designers read the design specs and submit their graphic design work.
4. At the end of the project, the buyer chooses the design he likes
5. The graphic designer uploads the raw files
6. The buyer releases the payment after he is satisfied
7. The designer account gets credited.

2. They buyer chooses a category and posts the design brief.
3. He makes a payment and his graphic design requirement is listed on the site instantly.
4. He might choose to highlight his project if he feels like, for a small fee. This will ensure more visibility of the project and encourage more submissions.
5. Designers submits their designs.
6. The buyer communicates with designers through the message board on the design submissions page.
7. At the end of the project the designer chooses a winner.
8. Buyer pays the designer after he is happy and receives the raw files.
9. The buyer is in a win win situation. He can actually browse through lot of design works and lot of styles of thousands of graphic designers across the globe.
   Rather than picking up one particular designer and depending upon what he or she will produce he can pick and choose what he likes.

How it works for the Designers (Graphic Designer Specific)

1. Designers can browse various graphic design projects running on shopfordesigns (SFD)
2. Designers choose a graphic design project he thinks he is comfortable with.
3. He submits his graphic design and communicates with the buyer through the message board to know the buyer's likes and dislikes.
4. If his design wins then he is to upload the raw design files for the buyer on the website.
5. After the buyer accepts his deliverables payment is released to the graphic designer.
